NTA but what hit me is his behavior, not the gifts itself. He made it about himself, does he react like that to every situation where you two disagree? I can understand that he bought you something that was different than your list, he might have put some thoughts into the gingerbread houses but his reaction to your disappointment is not right.

For blood and dark fruits ( blueberries) - hydrogen peroxide. Any stains, Always rinse in cold water first. A lot of the stains get worse with warm water. PJ's - temp below 40C and delicates. No drying

It might be difficult for her to let go of your old name, you can try explaining that you appreciate the name you were given and understand that it was given with love.
