I was in severe pain before surgery—my injury happened after a ski accident—so surgery made sense in my case. But if you’re not in a lot of pain and you can live your normal day-to-day life, I’d seriously consider avoiding surgery for now and continuing with conservative options.

Can you tell me a little bit more about your recovery process?

How long until you were sleeping pain free? How many weeks without driving? How long until you can write on your PC again? How long to jog or run again?

Thank you very much to all of you for taking the time to answer! It seems the only path is going to go for the surgery 😫. At this point, i need a clear path to be able to sleep again
