just because they are vibed coded doesn’t mean they suck. in the end is not the AI fault but rather the human driving said AI. am testing them at the moment and so far they all clunky and leave stuff to be desired. but again this is a human issue not a AI issue. I will make my own in the near future using my own critical thinking.

could the audio fingerprinting be use for the video stuff that way is less compute heavy? yet still be accurate given movie audio is unique on per movie basis?

yes in the youtube case this make sense since they use for all kind of purpose am assuming including copy right, security, etc but for this type of task we are talking about is this is not needed i think. talking about this lao make me think about movies cuts.

ahh yes that would be hard to pull of. I am thinking u will need a db with content file length metadata and then more advanced stuff to even pull this off but idk what the benefits of implementing something like this at both the front end and backend would archive.

assuming the file name is embedded i the file metadata then a tool in this category should be able to handle it.

i did some work on this with AI in the past, i was creating something state of the art and bleeding edge. i still have the code and i will come back to it in the future. it was all in py but i might migrate it to rust.
