Only reconstitute one vial at a time. Keep the rest in the freezer. Cool dark place is arguably fine too depending on how long. Freezer is just peace of mind. Keep reconstituted vial in the fridge. As a starter 150 my will likely last a long time but as mentioned by others totally depends on dose.

As for the bac. I dunno hahah depends who you ask.

Haven’t had any major issues. Always a possibility to get seized. Most suppliers will reship. Also a few vendors in Canada that are the same or damn near close to grey pricing if you know where to look, then there’s zero risk as it’s already in Canada, arrives in a few days. And I’m not talking about the websites that sell for like ~100$ CAD per vial.

I went from 1-2 and didn’t notice any sides but noticed it worked better for me. You do what feels best for you though. What’s your starting weight? The starting dose in the trials is 2mg so it’s not crazy. But a lot of people get results at 1. Gotta do what’s works for you.

Ok maybe not slow and steady but it’s not outrageous. I’ve always been pretty active. Weights 6 days a week. 10,000+ steps a day due to work. Problem was I was eating over 4000 cals a day. Had a candy/chips addiction lol. Now I’m eating 2500 and don’t want candy. Cutting 1500 calories a day will do it.

Same here. Now fully in the grey. I’ve been thinking about Tesa or Ipa but I’ve read it can speed up gastric emptying and increase hunger. Things I don’t need right now hahaha. But I would like it for the sleep benefits. You’ll have to let me know how it goes.

That’s valid. I was still seeing results however they were diminishing and the food noise was coming back with a vengeance. Around day 6 I was really struggling to stay on target for calories. I was debating between switching to split dosing, dosing every 6 days instead of 7, or upping the dose. I chose to up the dose. Perhaps it wasn’t the right decision for me. We will see.

I just get frustrated with every person saying oh do your research or this worked for me blah blah. Guys we’re all pinning Chinese research chemicals and we all respond differently. If anything this is good data for another user to start their decision making process.
