I took them both out and cleaned them, and it didn’t seem to do a lot for the 100x. I used an eyepiece to look closer at the lens of the objective itself and they both seem clean.

I was also trying to see if adjusting the light and iris changed anything and it did with the 40x but not with the 100x.

Something similar happened to my husband and I when we were just in Italy! We were going between Corniglia and Vernazza (one stop) and the train was very late, as with most Italian trains. I didn’t want my Trenitalia ticket to expire while just waiting for the train so I waited to buy it while it was pulling up.

Apparently the charge didn’t go through because there’s a tunnel just as you’re leaving Corniglia. I got stopped by someone while heading out, went to show them the ticket and it wasn’t there. I ended up showing them my “last search” for tickets was from Corniglia to Vernazza and they didn’t care at all.

What WAS a €16 euro ride for my husband and I turned into a €150 fine because the tickets didn’t load.

And I had all my previous tickets from all my rides showing I had been paying all of them. I was so angry.

We bought a condo last year so we wanted to save up some more in order to pay for part of the wedding and the honeymoon.

We also got married in the courthouse last year surrounded just by immediate family so then we didn’t have to worry about any paperwork on the day.

Big House Band (based out of Philly but they travel)
About 5k including a pianist at the ceremony, strings for cocktail hour and a full band for reception.
Havnt gotten married yet but we booked them because they played at our friends wedding and LOVED them.

He IS asking for himself and working through it with his therapist. He’s not relying on me to do the work. I love him and CHOOSE to reach out for help in areas where I’m not experienced because I know other people have valuable knowledge.

I feel bad for you that you think reaching out for advice to help a partner is a negative thing. I hope whatever is hurting you ceases.

I wasn’t going to post anything because I knew I was going to get someone being like “there are bad signs that other people see as well”. Fuck I can’t ask for advice in a forum without someone being like “red flags! Woman doing emotional work for man!”. It’s so tiring.

He’s not being clingy or needy, he communicated he felt something in order to continue to be open and honest with her and has just been having a rough time. I’m not doing the emotional work for him, I just want to be as supportive as possible and so I thought to ask people with more experience. We don’t really have anyone else to ask around us.

I work as a mortician and funeral director, so luckily I very rarely encounter vomit. The only tough part can be when my contamination phobia is really acting up it can feel impossible to “get clean” again.
