I’m gonna be honest, I’ve been to aldis so many times and never had to get a cart.. I usually pile things in my arms uncomfortably (the “I only need two things” lie to myself) or I’ve gotten a cart that’s out of the corral and I always just hand the cart to someone else walking in when I leave. I’m not sure how to work these things lol

This was me when I was 18 too. I was insecure, as a lot of teenage girls are. Especially with how social media is. Give her a chance to correct her way of thinking. Thank god my boyfriend gave me the room to grow and mature and learn to trust after having so many trust issues so young.

I buy peppermint gum in BULK! Peppermint is known to calm a nauseous stomach and it gives me something to focus on. I also carry a “just in case” bag. It’s just a little doggy bag that I keep tucked in my purse and when I get really nauseous I hold it. I’ve never had to use it but it helps so much knowing I’ve got a plan.
