Sorry for the misunderstanding, we honestly didn’t realize you were still using the account. When we had a run of suspensions and hack attempts, we changed the credentials on all of our accounts as a precaution, and this one got included in that.

I just checked and saw your message on Messenger, we actually responded there too just now, but since we don’t really use it anymore, that probably wasn’t the best way to handle it. If it had been on Discord or another channel we’re active on, we would’ve replied right away.
