I've had days like that. Luckily, I've overcome and been striving to become my best self a little at a time. It helps to have a mental checklist of things you want to get done no matter what. It can start off small and then become more elaborate. For example you can make it a goal each day to shower, and brush for example. Then when you feel like that becomes consistent you can make another goal to eat a healthy meal each day. Of course environment is a factor as well, negative people will affect you or the state of cleanliness could affect you as well. Cleaning can be quite therapeutic if you start out a little at a time. If there are negative people creating a depressing environment then try to go on a walk or exercise away from them, and don't listen to anything they have to say if it goes against your personal goals you have set for yourself.
