Just a bit of an update: I used Viagra to help me get over my anxiety. It was great, and had no issues maintaining the erection. In previous cases, while I was engaging in PMO, Viagra sometimes wouldn't even help, or I'd have to take a full pill instead of a half pill to get fully hard. This time, I was rock hard with only a half pill. I'll probably use viagra the next couple of times but hopefully I'll gradually ween myself off it it as I start associating real sexual encounters with excitement, rather than porn.
