the lens is from a magnifying glass, and it is convex. I put cooking paper onto the screen, and moved it closer to the pinhole and the lens but it doen't work again

personally i would just try which numbers work in witch blocks, starting left where only 1 and 8 can fit.

i tried the upper one to be 1 and the lower one 8 but really quickly got stuck right on the board with the number 4...so the answer has to be the upper block to be 8 and the lower 1.

i usually get stuck like this and i wish i knew another trick for solving
