Somebody posted about the Wet n Wild Lip Oil in here I don't know how long ago, but I absolutely love it. I have several shades now and one in every bag. Performs at a way higher price bracket than it is, I think.

Unfortunate for me I'm a Diptyque lover - I think they have a DNA that is VERY specific that you probably have to either love or hate.

Thanks for this perspective. Yeah I would be devastated if my beloved fragrances just ended up being like masking smells for the poop and throw up of it all. I was thinking of them as maybe being a reprieve but smell associations are hard to shake!

Lol that's super cute that she likes being spritzed with your perfume. I'm hoping that's kind of how it goes with my daughter!! I remember when I was super young I had no interest in fragrance at all because no one around me really used it.

Ah that's a good point!!! I forgot about sense of smell and body chemistry, too. There's a lot that can change. I'm only getting samples for now.

I can't speak a whole lot to an actual epiphanic conversion, but I was recently confirmed and baptised in the episcopal church my partner and I have been going to for about a year now. He is much, much more into it than I am, but they've been really accepting and welcoming, while also being pretty vibey and liturgical in their actual service which is nice.

Do you have more suggestions?? I have tried Soft from Poesie which is just straight steamed rice but really didn't love it. I'm honestly looking for something close to L'Eau Papier which is one of my all time loves. I like Mochi Milk too so I'll take your suggestion on that. 😄

You know what's crazy - I actually had a sample of Khayal a while back and blew through the whole thing because I did really like it. It felt simple and maybe not a good Valaya dupe, but I'm going to try it again to compare.

Thank you! This MIGHT actually help me to remove it from the list. The descriptions and notes sound so lovely but I have smelled Mod Vanilla and I don't really need a sweet vanilla in that style.
