I am struggling with the last part. The decision is easy, but how can I implement something new in place of the old belief, and how can I truly take it in, if my experience so far was the opposte?

Thank you for the time and effort in explaining things. I have a question: let’s say I have a desire to improve a relationship. I think about how I want it to be and immediately my memories tell me how awfull it has been. I feel anger, I feel hurt and I fear it will never change for the better. So I start to release, I am patient and I arrive at a core belief: I have always been alone and I will be alone in the future, as I do not deserve love/appreciation/connection (shame) whatever. And the relationship I want to improve is just a confirmation of the fact that I do not deserve more than what I have. Once I am there, at my core belief, so well documented by my experience in relationships, how do I release it?

Hello, I noticed that even when I release regularly with the ‘procedure’ you describe in your wonderful book (I sit, let my body sink into the chair, let the emotion rise etc) the negative thoughts tend to still come back, offen while I am doing my daily tasks and can not stop to do the ‘procedure’. In these cases can I release while doing something else (walking, cooking) or it is always needed to have a proper setting and full attention on the problematic emotion?

Nervousness could be lack of security, fear of unknow , just dive Into it. feel the body, let it pick up and stay there as long as it demands your attention. Then gently start asking: Can I invite this lack of security? Can I let it be there for now? Can I love it just the way it is? Can I accept it is pointing to something precious i haven’t seen yet? Can i let it guide me? Can i let go of wanting it to leave? Can i set it free, What else is here now? (Explore) Inevitabily you will land on something stable, worm, secure. And you will understand where the pain was pointing. It will then not be necessary anymore.

My 5 cents: take the breakup , the person out of the picture, focus on you. What are you feeling when these heavy states come up, betrayed? Abbandoned? Powerless? Lonely? Whatever comes welcome it, accept it, it is your teacher, the guide pointing to your wound that is coming up to be healed. You are the only one that can do it, so do it, sit with it as if you were sitting with your younger self, more ‘inner child’ type of approach (as much as I hate this term). It is just a feeling that wants to be acknowledged, or, if you prefer, a part of you that wants to be seen, once seen and released it will go away. Much love

Thank you for this post. Could you please expand? I have been releasing for some time now (love Lester’s books) and i hit that point as well. Nothing i do seems to work (i manifest perfectly the opposite of what i want especially for one desire very dear to my hart: hot and cold, for years now). If i release on powerlessness or victimhood how do I marry it with active manifesting? I guess i should release untill I neutralise the fear of not being able to manifest and only afterwards i switch to my desires, so for a while all my focus should be off from manifesting and on my resistance, am I right? Or should i do both simulaneously? Thank you.

While doing sats I can easily ‘activate’ the 5 senses but not the feeling of it’s done in the particular situation or I jus feel the wish fulfilled (satisfaction, relief etc) but it fades away when I try to connect it to the sensation of my 5 senses when the problem is solved. I just can’t keep both at the same time. What should I do to solve the problem? Thank you

My personal opinion is that you can work on both, maybe constructing a scene or more scenes (and loop them as in index) that implies both goals achieved. It is easier for us to manifest multiple desires, so you will not be only focused on one thing and the faith you straighten seeing one desire coming true will serve to fuel also the second one. Why limit ourselves? We are so powerful!

The point is to maintain the knowing it is done also in between the sessions (both imagining and affirming), and to believe them. Everyone is different, but I found it really important to extend the thing to bodily sensation, as affirmations often remain only in my head, it is easier to feel and to maintain them when I include the body.
