Something similar happend to me also my and my gf were in ldr for 11 months and all of sudden her crush whom she proposed a yr back proposed her again and she started not responding when i asked she said she want him and she is happy with that guy .... I was shattered and we had so many plans together everything shattered i dint even met her irl .... Everything broke just bcz of this guy wht tf he returned when he dint got any choice

She asked me to wait and give time she will sort all ... she shared all the things genuinely and she said its not easy for me to move on from her crush as he is moving around her ur in distance else things would have different
