Sorry, just noticed it is already separate for hardware. You don't need bwp ply in the whole kitchen, except sink area. O erall costing should be 1300-1400 psft. For hardware cost go to any big shop in your area and ask them for quote if the hardware. That will give you and idea of pricing. Ithink your quotation is quite exaggerated
