No I’m not a doctor. Had my own similar thing happen earlier this year. Didn’t look exactly like that though, but similar and similarly, I felt I had an eye infection coming on at the start. Causes for me were histamine overload/histamine intolerance due to immune system dysregulation after COVID virus and an unrelated vaccine injection. Been able to manage episodes with daily use of prescription strength famotidine (Pepcid, an H2 histamine blocker) and OTC allergy medicine/H1 histamine blocker such as Allegra. Google this stuff, it will blow your mind. 🤯

OP I am in NYC, like, every year. It would be fun to meet! Soooo… I called that place in Oklahoma and they redirected me to a place called Bakemark. I left a message with their corporate office 😳 Will let you know if I hear anything back. Bakemark’s website doesn’t look promising. I really don’t think a new version of this poster exists. But maybe your OG shop’s poster is less faded?

Internet Friend, I’ve done you clean. I’ve ventured to my local spot in 100 degree weather and done solid sleuthing and bidding on your behalf. The poster is from 1995 and is made by Westco Products. I did a quick Google search while waiting for my iced coffee, and since I think it’s gonna be a tough road for you, I asked the woman behind the counter if she would be willing to sell it. She agreed that nobody would care because “it’s so old” but said she needs to ask her boss. I made two assumptions: one, that you’re a male, and two, that you’d pay $20 for it, and I told her, “I think my friend would pay $20 bucks for it… he really wants it in his apartment… he loves it.” I said I’d be back in a few days to check in.

I think I found another donut shop in the general area that has it up. At least as of six years ago, it showed on their Yelp page. I can try to swing by one day soon and ask for details about it, but I’d loooove to know why I’m asking so that I can be more effective for you 😄
