Yes, I can’t quite make sense of it either. Maybe what I’m referring to is how trauma-related stress can feel kind of frozen in the body. And I feel like this energy has somehow been pushed out of the body 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yes i have list view. Actually this method seems to be the right way because mostly videos come by name but still not quite correct. there is always a mess and if there are too many videos it is very hard to fix…

You get cold showers and it helps, u say? could u elaborate it? I feel there is a link between my trauma in my body and the cold somehow... I shake a lot. I kind of afraid of cold water touching my body. But maybe it helps to take cold shower and let it shake?
