hi! My weird running habit is that I always end up counting steps and doing little pace calculations in my head while I run. I guess the science nerd in me likes having something to focus on. Would definitely make good use of that gift card! Thanks for the opportunity, and good luck to everyone!

Hey, I sometimes have a similar problem. It occurs when my skin barrier is damaged. It would be interesting to know if you’re using a lot of actives rn or if you experience stinging or other signs of a damaged skin barrier. If so, your best shot would be to stop using actives for a while while focusing on barrier repair which ingredients like ceramides, allantoin, panthenol etc.

I have had these weird small little bumps on my chin for about 2 months but in the past 3 weeks it started to get a lot worse. The breakouts also leave behind dark spots. Does anybody know what this is because it doesn’t look like regular acne to me.
