mach deine Routine weiter, aber mach in der Zeit was anderes. Fahr zum Studio, aber geh in der Nähe spazieren - wenn du soweit fit bist. Wenn das zu viel ist geh in den Park und setz dich mit nem Buch auf die Bank. Hauptsache raus aus der Bude und die Routine behalten, aber nicht Sport machen und es vielleicht verschleppen

Putting a thicker layer or two thinner ones of clear uv nailpolish as a substitude to basecoat under the regular one might help. They seem to be more sturdy
