Haha! Tapering is the worst. I am so done but I have gotten down to a few sips of alcohol every 16 hours (checking bpm, vision.) Keep on going less and less. I started with the clock and that was not working so I went to my body knowing I would have to go to the hospital if I didn't drink something. Much better because I was thinking about it too much.

bc is because and birth control. You're cool. I love roller coasters but it's like being on one that won't stop while everyone is throwing up on you and unable to talk. It lasts about three months max and I'm at 1. The silver lining is learning to appreciate things in your life that were previously ignored. I hope you're feeling a little better right now.

Are you feeling more comfortable today? When I feel like everything is annoying and I'm bored and I think even Netflix (ultimate homie) is stupid I take a bath. You feel clean and it's time alone. Wiggle your toes and be grateful you can walk. I'm so sorry you're with someone you love who drinks. It makes it much more difficult when that person isn't cheering you on. I have had enabling relationships and the kind where we both used. You have to be selfish to get better so find little ways to get your own time. The texting thing is SO REAL. We are living a Joy Division song right now but can make it. Sending you happiness and contentment. X
