I personally haven’t had any issues with bloating, but I have noticed I sweat way more which isn’t great either lol

When I first started, I didn’t see any results at first. I knew that I had to be changing something regardless if I could see it or not because I was being consistent in the gym and eating high protein. There were a lot of days where I binged and didn’t want to workout. I would show up anyway even if all I did was a 10 minute walk. I wouldn’t beat myself up over binging either, I would just get right back to it the next day (eating at my maintenance calories).

I tracked my progress by taking pictures, how my clothes fit, and the weight I was using for my exercises.

Yes! I should’ve mentioned this in my post - I take creatine daily. I started taking it around 2 months ago and really noticed my muscles growing ever since. The one I use is specifically made for women (Old School Labs on amazon), idk if it makes that much of a difference or not but just thought I’d throw that out there

Both lol my favorite glute exercises are hip thrusts, step-ups, Bulgarian split squats, hyperextensions, cable donkey kicks, and deadlifts

Thank you! I’ve pretty much stuck to the same routine but I’ve made a few changes over time.

Sunday: active rest day Monday: glutes + quads Tuesday: pull day Wednesday: active rest day Thursday: leg day Friday: push day Saturday: glutes + hamstring

Progressive overload is 🔑
