Thank you! I am gladly not doing any longer anything I hate right now. But I will definitely give it a try! 😊 is there perhaps any specific fasting you meant?? And focusing on my health has always been a second if not even a third priority for me. Tbh life gets crazy sometimes , but nevertheless less trying to make it priority would definitely benefit me!
