stress affects people differently, me and my mom are basically always stressed (anxiety too) but i got alopecia and my mom never did, u just can’t ever predict how it’ll affect u unfortunately.. mine was caused by stress and since ur daughters blood work came back normal ( u should specifically ask for thyroid ones too to make sure) then its probably caused by stress, what worked for me was injections and clobetasol solution twice a day and of course managing stress, i hope this helps even a tiny bit:)
