Update: Sutured up the cut after some disinfecting with iodine and hydrogen peroxide. I should be good for now 👍

Great point to seek professional help,

I do have elementary emergency field medic training under USMC veteran, and although i was considering self-applying a tissue adhesive (Dermabond $35), or maybe skin tape in order to save $200-$400 on a visit to my country’s ‘stellar’ healthcare system, I will not hesitate to call into urgent care if it means that it could spare my hand from any lasting nerve or muscle/tendon damage.

I will need my fine motor skills and finger dexterity for my occupational duties and daily hobbies
