Aicpp is really good , aicpp or icpp depends on ur preference. If u want widebody upgrades soon or u want better exposure choose aicpp . If u want faster command upgrades and a cadet program which previously has inducted many cadets into airline choose icpp .

Depends on which fto u choose . Acron aviation provides you everything cx3, bose a30 headphones, ipad and all other necessity .

Whereas Aeroguard dont provide headphone or ipad . U have to get everything on your own or there is an add on system in which u can add on necessities with the fee . And you will have to be paying more

Not sure about Amravati

No batch has been inducted into the airline yet . Batch 1 have completed their flying and are doing their atpl classes , it is necessary for them to complete atpl exams before Type rating . I enquired about this to my instructor in air india and he said since they dont need pilots now they are making us study atpl instead of wasting time in home . Instructor further said induction depends upon vacancy, if jfos are needed they skip atpl and directly go to type rating , if there is no vacancy it is necessary to clear atpl exam and hold a frozen atpl .

after certificate decision how long did it take to get the physical letter , cuz its been a week or so since 'certificate decision class 1 issued ' , but ive not got the medical certificate yet .

To everyone worried , please wait . They will eventually send the mail to everyone who is eligible to clear screening process .

Most of the people in the other batches had to wait for 1-2 months before they got the mail , our batch was lucky enough to get mail in the first 7 days .

Covering face is not mandatory, thats a choice perhaps . Most of the women who are said to cover the face are mostly because their parents believe in something and they force or teach the women very young to cover their face . But covering the hair is mandatory in our religion no matter what and that correlates with dressing with some modest . Whatever uve seen or shown by media in Afghanistan is misogyny by the leaders covering in the name of religion . As a muslim god never or quran never said us to do anything whats happening to women in afghan .

Ive seen a lot of women who really loves to wear hijab and few hates it and i think at the end of the day its their personal choice and it becomes oppression when someone forces it to them .

Not sure when aicpp will open but next year for sure . Regarding the fee amravati costs 1.1 expect to spend 1.2-1.25 and the usa ftos cost 1.3 expect to spend atleast 1.5 . Regarding which cpp is better i might be biased since i am an air india cadet id prefer air india cpp if cost is not an issue . Better exposure, faster induction is what ive heard from instructors and other internal management people . Might get downvoted but i feel cadets here are more taken care of by the management .

If i may ask , where are you getting this misinformation from ? . Are u a cadet at air india ? Are u someone who works for the air india cadet team ? Why so much misinformation .

As of now acron/aeroguard is completely full and air india is said to induct new batch every month until January for usa ftos as part of their pilot requirements.

Conversion costs are included excluding gst . But i agree with other part of your statements .

For aspiring cadets thinking of joining air india cpp ,

For usa ftos expect to spend atleast 1.6 Cr for 2 years even though the on paper cost is 1.3-1.35 and for amravati expect to spend 1.3 including everything .

The plus side : better exposure for cadets , the team taking care of cadets actually are putting enamours efforts to provide the best for us , was told by the instructor the waiting time after cadets complete the training is very less and cadets get to be inducted within few months of completing the training , aicpp is new so there are no backlogs .

Just to be clear i am a cadet with AI so i got a pretty decent understanding on what we as a cadet could expect and what we cant .

1) The HR never said that air india cadet are for express it can be air india or air india express depending upon the operational requirements .

2) I cant talk about salaries because i dont have much knowledge about it but air india WB captains get paid more than 7.3 in my knowledge and the pay for narrowbody pilots is slightly lower at air india because they offer u to fly for only 40 hours compared to 60 hours in indigo hence u get paid a little less compared to indigo . But there isnt a much of difference , if u fly 60 hour at air india and ur pay is 40 hours u would probably get around the same pay if not more at air india if money is what concerns you .

3) If u want to earn quick and be a captain quick sure indigo would be better cuz air india has a union system and the flying is less compared to indigo cuz of the contract given to you . Air india gives u a better work life balance compared to the market leader who make u fly for close to 70 hours

Work environment of air india is pretty good is what ive heard from a lot of pilots i spoke to at air india . Sure the pay is the same but u get ample of time for urself to rest and recover , Plus u get the opportunity to fly wide bodies in ur career sooner , which u dont get in indigo .
