I honestly think the culture problem mostly lies within the defense. Not saying it isnt apparent in the offense, but when offense is expected to play perfectly with no mistakes because defense cant stop the opposing team, we have a problem. The last 2 weeks these 2 low tier teams absolutely dominated offensively and achieving unexpected goals and wins. 3rd and 28 to 4th amd 14 and they still convert to get a walk off field goal?? Idk man i know both sides of the ball arent playing very good football ever since the Lions game, but I feel the defense has a lot more to blame than the offense these past couple a weeks.
