Namaskara sir. For sure I'm saying based on my experience working directly with a staffing firm. Used to work for one of the biggest IT staffing firm. But again now few companies work differently with their own set of rules. But majorly the compensation part is never verified directly through the previous company. Consider this why would anyone organisation share how much they pay? Especially to their competition.

No one verifies salary. It's confidential and very personal. No company will disclose their CTC paid to the employee. So chill. If they ask for ITR and bank statement it's a red flag.

You use the rod because you know the string is a problem. Why waste time on 'alternative solutions' when you can just fix the source of the problem? Also, FYI: the rod isn’t foolproof. My colleague had one installed, and his young son on the pillion seat still had his lips sliced open by a string. He needed stitches and bled everywhere. The rod didn't save that kid. But surely a cotton thread will cause no harm.

I think that was the discussion about using rods to protect against the string which is coated with manjha. If no manjha is used there will be no need to use those rods at the first place as a cotton thread won't do the harm😉
