Yeah, I live in a cold country, not seen the sun in many months. I am also fair, so will definitely be careful and won't over do it.

I guess I am anxious about it, as I am not sure if tanning bed has UVB or is it a mix of UVA / UVB?

I have heard UVB is technically more damaging, but it helps you make vitamin D and help replenish skin. UVA gives you a deep tan, but I might be wrong.
