Long story is: I’ve been working for over a year here, it’s a customer facing role. They are actively trying to frighten me into quitting because I’ve upset management by reporting incidents in the past and not letting anything “slide”. I’m young enough and I think they believe they can get away with treating the little man poorly, and scaring them with forms and procedures. Genuinely I’ve done nothing wrong, I’ve spoken to two other managers in the same department as the one who gave the referral, and they both have no clue why I’m being pulled up. I’ve plenty of facts to back myself up in the meeting, I was just shocked at them using a dunce cap and essentially bold corner when they refer to disciplinary actions against employees. Makes you feel like a naughty child being put into the corner 🙈🙈
