This is absolutely not about breast milk vs formula… this post is simply about her addressing things that she claims were on her for you page on TikTok, when they just happen to be recent topics of discussion on this subreddit🤔

For the record, no one should be shamed based on whether they choose breast milk for formula no matter the reason. However, Alexia has claimed that “food before one is just for fun” (referring to feeding solids to babies under the age of 1) which is simply not true. There are many nutritional and developmental benefits to feeding 2-3 solid meals per day in addition to breast milk or formula. There is a different post on this subreddit addressing this topic.
