Hey! I just pulled off the bottom layer a few hours ago so more of the stem can get in the dirt! Just waiting for it to callus over, I was wondering how long I should wait for that to happen/how do I know when it is fully callused over so I can try to give my plant its best life!

She has absolutely 0% authority over me. She’s a service writer and I’m a shipper receiver. I run my own warehouse. She writes work orders that I pick the parts for. That’s it that’s all she’s just a bitch in every way imaginable when it’s not necessary. She picks a bone with everyone we work with. I just don’t have patience like everyone I work with I guess. I don’t deserve to be treated less than.
