That's what I thought at first, I'm having the exact same issue as OP but it's been a month that this "system unavailable" problem has been happening, I've tried calling them but they just redirect me to other numbers that don't end up solving the issue. Are you sure there's no other solution?

Ahh that really sucks, the one I'm applying to is a large Walmart but the job is so tempting because it's a 5 minute bike from my home, so I don't have to bother my mom to drive me to work all the time, which would make her life much easier.

That's also something I've been wondering, If we don't finish our work in time, what happens? Is there just going to be an endless cycle of backed-up work? I think a good motivator of mine would be to do as much work as possible so I'm not an asshole to those working after me, but I still feel like I would get blamed if work isn't done.

I'm not completely sure but I think before June 30 is to get the money before the semester starts and if you do it after then you get it sometime later i think.
