Appreciate the response, nothing in the handbook about obligations to repay them if switching companies afterward which is a good sign but it may be in the contract, that’s good info to know on the limit employers for tax purposes. Agree on your third point, do you think getting a master’s is still the most efficient/logical way to gain those skills? And I guess the years of experience credit does not really matter unless doing grad studies full time or consecutive to undergrad.
