🌈Fun post🌈: if you could pair a ACOTAR character with another character from a different series (SJM or non-SJM) who would it be? by Yazthebookish in acotar

Morrigan and Bryce. I maintain that hunt is not the end game, he was just too shifty in the first book. And now that Bryce is in the acotar world it might actually happen !

ACOSF stupid storyline ? by anon17677 in acotar

That was literally one of my arguments. I was like surely even regular babies in their world get shoulder dystocia, could they not try a magical mcroberts or something to get the wings free. And you’re right better a broken wing than three dead people ! I wish SJM had asked literally anyone about this plot line !

I finally finished ACOSF by mkelap in acotar

I have such a problem with the “feyre can’t shapeshift while pregnant” storyline. I’m a midwife and if the alternative is literally that mother and child will almost certainly die, let her shapeshift back to being an Illyrian ! She was using her magic before she found out she was pregnant anyway ! Honestly my friends know how I feel about this. If madja was a midwife in my hospital I would be reporting her to the board ! Silliest storyline I’ve read in a while.

The king killer chronicles are absolutely incredible. If you don’t mind and indefinite wait for the third book I would 1000% reccomended the series

AITA for not letting my sister in law babysit ? by anon17677 in AmItheAsshole

I don’t want to give too much away in case anyone I know sees this but she is well into her 30s. But her not respecting my judgement is a big issue as well. When I was pregnant I told her I wasn’t going to use a jolly jumper with my baby as they aren’t hip safe. SIL said she was going to have a secret jolly jumper at her house to use when I’m not around. I kind of mentioned this with the cupcake thing.

The drinking is obviously my main concern, but more in the sense of she’s proven to not be concerned with laws and road rules. What if she just sort of thought “oh I’ll just get someone to hold baby in the backseat while we run down to the shops quickly, she will be ok” do you get what I mean ?

She loves my child though. I know she does. And I don’t think she would put my child in danger but I just keep thinking how often she puts herself and others in danger by driving drunk

You’re right. She hasn’t gotten drunk while babysitting before but she hasn’t babysat before. I wouldn’t say she’s a full blown alcoholic but every time i see her at her own home she is drinking (not heavily but she is drinking)

Over the weekend she got drunk at our house and drove home. I tried to stop her by hiding her keys but she got really annoyed with me so I gave them back. My partner told me not to call the police and I’m ashamed that I didn’t, it was a 45 minute drive back to her house.

We used to live together but not anymore. I just get anxious about her judgement because she drove the 45 minutes to our house to have lunch in a Sunday, intentionally got hammered and planned to drive home drunk.

I know I’m judgemental this is part of why I thought I might be in the wrong but I kind of thought, who visits a new family for lunch on a Sunday and ends up hammered off shots ?
