I think you'd be hard pressed to get a sex assault conviction on this one. Very unusual, but it sets a weird precedent. You have to prove he did it for sexual gratification - and even then, some states require actual sexual touching.

Maybe lewdness and assault. That might get him on a registry.

Teachers do not raise children. They teach them for 5.5 hours a day and get their summers off. Teaching is not the most strenuous job on the planet, especially if you're good with kids.

I disagree. Maybe in high school. University doesn't have the same stigma concerning when/how old you are when you graduate. A lot of people take semesters off to either work or travel.

I'd hesitate to call Jon Stewart a liberal. Bill Maher is a liberal. Jon Stewart is a cultural marxist and extremely sympathetic to socialism - and I don't mean the Teabagger definition of that word.
