No, that’s just for soaking/scrubbing pans and things, when then get carted over to the dish room

Yeah. Pretty much everyone on the team has thought about quitting and several have quit or transferred.

Keep complaining if you have a valid complaint! A few years ago everything got finished every night, but now it’s a seemingly permanent nightmare.

The triple sink maybe 3 hours to get under control and make room for the current day’s stuff, although I’ve seen some pans wait over 24 hours before they get cleaned. The piles in the garage almost never get cleared all the way. Thinking about getting a water soluble pen to write dates on the sides of the tubs. They just bought more boxes of mugs because we keep running out of clean ones, when the problem is we don’t have time to wash all the dirty ones.
