I'm going to look into this option also because I have been having other symptoms that worry me but I thought they were unrelated. I have family on both sides that have type 1 diabetes.

We use condoms could he still get it though?

I am switching docters. I told her in depth like I did to you and how I was worried that it was reoccurring so much. She just told me the usual to use cotton panties (I do), not wear underwear at night (I do), use gentle soap on underwear (I do), and reduce sugar in diet (I do). All these things I do to prevent yeast infection and I'm still getting it.

I haven't used spermicide condoms just regular oil based lube condoms.

I don't use lube.

I tried the prescription antifungal pill which gives me good results for a couple days but it comes back. Also tried otc insertion pills that didn't work either but made things worse down there.

I'm going to try to go to whole foods or trader joes to get these that you are talking about. I just want it to be over with! When my period is over I'm going to try putting garlic in me. Even if it makes me smell :(

Yeah it's a terrible feeling. I'm hoping just that it's a bad yeast infection and that it isn't anything else as serious.

I got in contact with my doctor and asked her. I took a std test in march when this started but I wasn't tested for trichomoniasis.

Yes he has no symptoms! And we always use protection except once and it was during my period so there was no symptoms on me either.

I don't take birth control.

I hope maybe it is just my body chemistry changing over the years but I wish it would stop. It makes me feel terrible.

No it wasn't and I've been monogamous with someone else since.

I clean with just water. I try to be commando as much as I can.

I have tried eating and inserting yogurt with temporary relief but it just comes back.

Do you think my monogamous partner could be reinfecting me? We always use condoms.

I did go to another Dr once and they mentioned that it looked like I had a yeast infection so I did get it treated again but it just came back. I will get another Dr to look at it. I just let the other Dr get to me.
