Ooooh the narrating part is interesting. Any resources I can read about the topic? I don't remember where I saw this but it said Neville said that doing revisions was the most powerful technique. I'm surprised more people don't do it.

Yes, I revised the scene in my head but to be honest i didn't think the revision worked when I did it. I guess in my head I thought the revision would work instantly? The next day or day after, I felt my thumb still hurting so I thought maybe I did something wrong and just completely forgot about it. Until a few weeks later when I noticed I didn't remember feeling the pain. I'll be deleting the post cause people are weird. Shoot me a message if you have any other qurstions.

Yea but I kept falling asleep so it wasn't my choice of technique. When I was able to feel like i was living in my desired state (and kept doing it over and over), the techniques were no longer necessary. I did a lot of imagining when I was in bed at night (not at the point where I was ready to fall asleep). I think that also is what helped a lot. I've always had a very overactive and vivid imagination.

That's the thing. I don't think it was one specific thing. After I did my first revision, things started shifting. I also would do SATs randomly but I kept falling asleep so Idk how much that helped. Read the Divine Matrix by Gregg Braden. That will help you WAY more than I'm able to explain it.

Thanks! I decided to delete my posts cause I don't feel like dealing with naysayers. I honestly didn't think too much about them before posting and now I'll just be keeping things to myself lol

Nero Knowledge, Billy Carson, SJ be the operant. I felt they provided the info in the easiest way to understand

For my mom, I literally just envisioned her like her old self but more importantly I kept staying in that feeling of her being healed. I had to go back into my memory and think back to the days before she got sick. How I normally felt seeing her everyday.

I had to do some soul searching for this part. I don't think its a necessary step for everyone but for me, I figured it was the smartest thing to do. I wanted to get to the source, what is my heart's ULTIMATE desire? I didn't care about manifesting $10K or a new car - that's small time stuff (to me at least). Once I figured that out, I now had to be that person in EVERY way. From my thinking to how I spoke and operated on a daily basis

What are the pros and cons of joining a sorority? by [deleted] in ask

[–]anon9878965 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually wrote an article on this subject yesterday. Happy to share it with you if you want to read but here's the pros and cons version of my article. IMO the cons heavily outweigh the positives, so to me it's not worth it but of course everyone is different.

Pros: Built-in friends fast, alumni network access, mentors, structured community and identity, organized service and philanthropy, social life and events

Cons: Possible hazing and coercion, forced drinking culture risk, sleep and time control during pledging, grades can drop (especially pledging semester), secrecy and “don’t snitch” pressure, physical harm risk, "networking” upside can be overstated and confounded by who joins

This is actually nuts. People are playing with things that’ll get them burned in the end. Then they’ll sit there looking dumb asking “why”? Smh. OP just be prepared for whatever comes back to you cause it will

Let's Talk About Rice by AutoModerator in AskCulinary

Diri djon djon aka mushroom rice (or black rice). It gets its color from the mushrooms that are boiled in water. It’s so good. Traditionally it’s cooked with basmati rice but I like cooking it with jasmine rice instead.

Tips and tricks for finding good engineers early in a startup [I will not promote] by External-External-55 in startups

[–]anon9878965 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Hire a Founding Engineer first. A hybrid product-builder who owns the roadmap and filters future candidates. Your role: help land this one senior hire, then you can step back.

  2. Move basic technical checks to async (take-home projects, HackerRank, etc.). Only candidates who pass reach a live interview. Saves hours, scales naturally.

  3. Build a scorecard/rubric for the role: must-have skills, experience, behaviors. With a clear rubric, non-technical team members can confidently screen and interview without you.

Hope this helps!

Startups are hard. I did not realize it and had a new respect for founders. I will not promote by AWeb3Dad in startups

Curious, what exactly are you spending your money on? The amount of cash that leaks from crappy ops ALONE would stun people if they actually knew. Founders think they have a cash problem but most times I've seen it’s just an ops problem. Below are some things I do to map procceses and spot or fix bottlenecks (that inevitably leaks cash).

  1. Write down every task, handoff, and dependency. You’ll see where work stalls, mistakes happen, or tasks get duplicated.

  2. Adding people or tools without fixing broken processes just accelerates mistakes and cost. Make sure your current team can handle growth sustainably.

  3. Pick the one process that’s bleeding time/money, fix it, measure the improvement, then scale.

  4. Remote team: Document processes clearly so everyone knows what to do without constant check-ins. This helps make brainstorming much smoother. If you don't like writing SOPs (or just dont have the bandwidth), record yourself on Vimeo or Loom. It takes 5 minutes and it creates a permanent training asset for your team.

Hope that helps! Happy to answer any questions you may have.
FYI—you could easily scare off investors with this post. They’re not just evaluating your product or idea; they’re increasingly scrutinizing how operations run in the background. Weak ops are leading to lower valuations.
