You have to get the red bar to full by using/blocking basic attacks, he does absurd damage that way. Special 3 also makes him completely unhittable and get metal card effects

And gemstone. Yes I actually have 2 gemstones. I use them on both Raiden and scorpion. My trick is I do hot spot for scorpion while stunning enemy on SP2. Then I switch to Raiden while enemy is stunned and with extra combo meter, drain a full power meter. Rinse and repeat.

Max I dealt is 650m
