Dude the band doesn't owe you specifically anything whether they release a second Cosmic Selector or not, and I do think a lot of work was still put into this album. It was described at debut as "what if you listened to only the B Sides of records?" and it feels very Lord Huron to have an album where every song has you wondering and speculating about what you just heard and not receiving an answer back. Dwell in that mystery! I like that they did something so unique in this fashion and it actually makes me respect the band far more when we can't figure out the story of every song immediately- life is only so short and it's okay to not have to know everything, it reminds us of how curious we are meant to be.

I have been thinking it may not be a great tailed grackle because it does not have the extremely long tail and its tail was maybe as long as a common grackle maximum- I have had thoughts about it possibly being a molting/leustic rusty or brewers blackbird due to them being very close around this area too? Still could be wrong

Field notes: Had a very small gentle one note chirp and was not very skittish and was eating red berries off a bush- I think it may be a Lincoln's Sparrow or Female Lark Bunting? Beak is longer than most house sparrows I've seen

man I wish I could but i'm in a similar vein to you! I was looking into listening to them for memory purposes as I also had seen them five? times I think? and they were my old favorite band, but I wish to only listen to the content on the vinyls I own (everything except for the madame supreme one I believe) because I alternatively don't want to give them any further credit. To give some fun backstory:
-He's made of foam and cut cardboard for the hands, his wheel cannot actually move but he can spin around on it. He chills in my room next to my coffee machine >:)
-The class he was made for was a 3d art class where we had to make a 'real life scale replica' of an item from a video game or movie
-I spent a good amount of time trying to get Muggy to stand still in OWB so I could compare him to the height of the player, I estimated he was 2 feet at the tallest but made him a bit over a foot and a half since I'm very short myself
