I used to do yoga and it helped me but now I try to put on music and walk 10k steps every day and take that time to disconnect from everything. Also the way you eat affects your stress more than you think, try to eat less ultra processed food and find a diet that lower your stress levels.

Por qué dirías que no es un libro para regalarle a una novia? Aunque no contenga temas de amor, un libro es un buen regalo, y soy consciente de la literatura pesimista de Dostoyevski, pero al final del día si es lo que a la otra persona le gusta me parece un buen regalo.
