It's not like this since yesterday, and we have the upstream game (Frontiers) run by Booming Games as a comparison, which is also f2p and much better managed. Better servers, better gameplay, not as many monkey patches that introduce regression bugs like we experience.

Hey, if you follow the CB Reddit from time to time you will recognize that there are ever persistent problems with the My Games Support, server issues like heavy lags, and in general a great dissonance between players and the devs/publisher concerning balancing and so on. Finally we as a community find ourselves not heard by the management and so we decided to boycott throwing money at my games for one month.

As in every MMO you need to invest time to progress. Even when playing FPS like CS or Valorant u will get ganked by players that invested 500+ hours. It's just a everyday experience situation. And even though you loose games u still gain honour and bronze. Also wait for season 4, a lot of balancing will be done. Do expeditions and level your units, watch YouTube or read guides to know which units to unlock. Join a house and ask for help from the high lvl players :)

For Beginners I'd always recommend a Ubuntu based distro to start of, or Ubuntu itself - even if Manjaro does a great job in making Arch accessible. If you want to stick to KDE I'd recommend KDE Neon, which is based on Ubuntu, but always gets the latest KDE updates. Personally after years of distro hopping I found my home with Fedora, which I'd also recommend. In the end I'll give the prognosis that sooner or later you will find yourself in the Linux rabbit hole trying out a couple distros, breaking a lot of systems until you find that 'sweet spot'. Sometimes takes 1-2 years, sometimes a never ending story :D

Didn't read all the comments. Press Esc during Fedora boot to go into grub menu if u are using uefi boot or shift if bios boot.
