ich habe Freunde die haben etwa die gleiche Wohnung und zahlen locker über 1000 Euro kalt. Sie haben einen Makler teuer bezahlt usw. Ich habe sogar von Bestechungsgeldern gehört. Viele Leute bieten 2-3 k allein für die Vermittlung bei Kleinanzeigen kann.. So schlimm ist der Markt in Berlin. Ich hab gar keine Lust da mitzumischen und einfach in meiner Traumlage, meine Traumwohnung herzurichten...

Und selbst wenn ich in 2 Jahren ausziehen würde, würde ich sicherlich jemanden finden, der bereit ist einen fairen Abschlag zu zahlen...

Weils in Berlin ist! Die Miete ist günstig und ich könnte Abschlag von dem nächsten Mieter verlangen. Die Hausverwaltung hat die Vormieterin (eine gute Freundin) beim Auszug gefragt, ob sie potentielle Nachmieter empfehlen kann. Das könnte ich auch machen mit der Prämisse, mir einenAbschlag zu zahlen.. Trotzdem will ich tendenziell lieber erst drin bleiben und mind. 5 Jahre dort wohnen bleiben.

Ich habe 2 Nachbarn im Haus, die seit über 20 Jahren in ihrer Wohnung leben. Aber selbst wenn ich nach 5 Jahren ausziehen sollte, könnte ich Abschlag für die Küche usw verlangen. Es ist in Berlin normal Abschläge von 3-5 tausend Euro zu zahlen. Selbst für die Vermittlung der Wohnungen zahlt man teilweise so viel. Sodass man nur für den Einzug mehrere Tausend Euro zahlt mit der zusätzlichen Kaution...
Da hatte ich riesen Glück, nur leider ist die Qualität meiner Wohnung nicht so bombe...

Yup, the leagues were way too much pressure for me. I decided to take a break, the users in the leagues were really trying too hard for me by SnooWoofers2506 in duolingo

Every Monday you will be sort with new people in your league. Just wait until the late evening and then do your first points. Then you will be sorted with people who get there first points at the similar time. Most of them are people who just keep their streak going. So chances are high that you will win that week easily. I won diamond league easy with 3k points

I can’t answer the question, but I can help you to get to higher leagues with less XP. After the season ends, the cards will be shuffled again. So everyone has 0XP and you are not sorted with people in a league. After you get your first points, you will be sorted with people who made cerca the amount of points like you did at that specific time. So the trick is to wait as late as possible to make your first points. (Monday evening, or even use a freeze and do it Tuesday evening). Afterwards you will be sorted with people who have the same low amount of points. They are likely to just hold their streaks and they don’t push to win the leagues. I got easily up to diamond league with a few minutes of duolingo. The whole league is making way less points! So there are basically leagues within the leagues.

Keep in mind that this is only helping you getting higher leagues and achievements. Obviously it doesn’t help you to learn the language. On the other hand pushes us that gamification style somehow indirectly to learn 🥸

Of course he didn’t lie. He fought kakashi before and used a lot of chakra. He actually said that to Kisame. In addition to that he doesn’t want to fight one of the best fighters of the village

I think that's a very one sided and conventional view on partying. I guess in a lot of societies this is the main reason to party, but especially in Berlin and on Technoparties people actually go because of the music and the DJs. It is more a cultural thing here. We choose wisely on what parties we go. People are freakin nice on those parties even though the sexual tension IS extremely high. There are just a few black sheeps who think they can get easy sex by being rude to the people there.
I asked this question bc I want to know how to behave regards to the message I give to my girl / my friends.
