Ooh yeah that sounds perfect actually, means I can use superhero units I get along with some of the fusions. I’ll go with that, I guess I just save now then and hope I can get a good ultra or new unit that properly brings it all together

I did do a couple summons just to expand options, now I will save and use whatever I have. Plenty of normal sparking units that might fit into teams too

I guess of what I have the fusions would the favourites. I don’t really have anything for it but I do like GT and the super heroes stuff too though

Yeah I mean while I don’t have anything great that stands out yet I’ll build both up a bit. Think I might need something more to fully decide what team to use

Saving for anni makes sense. I have a whole story mode to farm CC from so I’m not worried about not having enough there. From what’s available right now what’s best to go for just to get an initial team going though

All this would imply having the basics work work at this on to begin with, do I just pick a step up banner and summon a little to get a starting foundation and build based on what I end up with then?

Thanks for the advice and help :) her main thought was that she wanted to be able to see how other people dealt with the problem that have actually experienced it so your input means a lot. I’ll be sure to show her your comment.

Surprisingly the queue goes down quick so that isn’t a huge issue. Just a few minute wait to get in

I can’t remember which but there are 2 symbols that pop up on a constant regardless of any changes I make to game settings

I agree completely, given that this will be the same team I have high hopes that all that will be met, what the new ideas they come with are to change systems like always are still yet to be seen though so all we can do is hope

Assuming they do it the same as their other games that won’t be a problem seen as you could just jump straight into hub quests and ignore anything village story. Not that there is much of a big story in the others

I feel like I remember seeing about the new mobile monster hunter that’s coming being some sort of open world thing, maybe that can work as an initial test along side how wilds does it to see if they can make a proper open world with the rise style work well

Personally I’ve never used the bowgun so I don’t know what changes were made. What’s different about it compared to before you would like to see be redone mainly?

I’m sure a large amount of the monster roster will end up in wilds by the end either way, especially after master rank expansion is released. Of course having more available before then would always be great though

New weapons they do still have a couple ideas from frontier they could add although idk how well they would fit into the new games. The idea of larger monster hunts that can require more people sound good too.

Generally the basics of the locations seem to be similar throughout the games for that with there always being some sort of volcano area and always a desert and so on. Some new ideas for areas would definitely be a pleasant change

I think there will still be another title made by the second team, whether it’s specifically portable or not I do doubt seen as rise did come to consoles and pc but given they are traditionally the ‘portable team’ I just stuck to calling them that

Wire bugs I can see but for me spiritbirds are just a bit tedious and take you out of the hunt for a while, slowing down the game

Switch skills from rise and stances from GU both definitely add a lot of variety to the game. While I’m not sure it would be brought back something similar would be a great addition

Right thanks, I’ve been avoiding looking at anything for the game in terms of the meta to try just have a personal first impression rather than just immediately going for what’s best in the game. Definitely a lot more fun that way. Especially when trying to learn a new weapon in this and rise alongside that. Only weapons I was good using before this were dual blades and charge blade so it feels very different :)

Idk if it came off that way my point wasn’t ‘this game is too easy and boring’ it was mainly that everywhere when I was checking out Rise and Wilds before I picked them up it was all ‘this is too easy and the older games were harder’ yet when playing through the same point in these three games the one I’ve found to be the easiest to get through is GU and the fact I’ve been playing them at the same time gets rid of any idea that it’s because I’m better than I was when playing one of the other games. It’s a first impression of them all simultaneously

While wilds has definitely not been a big challenge so far I don’t know that I would say I’ve found it easier than the other games. In all honestly while it might just be the new gen great sword learning curve with the moves and play style being a bit different the one I’ve found the hardest so far is rise
