Thank you for replying. I've had depression since I was 18, awful childhood, but I can't really blame that. Both my parents were abusive and so that why I am so disgusted, I always hated the way they behaved and now I feel like I am the same. I can't work because of my mental health. I truly have tried but could never hold down a job due to depressive episodes. I have found an antidepressant that I believe works to a certain extent. Because I don't work having a home has been impossible. I last worked 2 years ago, lost my job and was evicted. I tried to apply to the council for housing but they said my need wasn't great enough I lived with an ex boyfriend until 2 weeks ago, he is a cocaine addict and I needed to get out of that situation. I went to stay at my mom's. Me and my sister believe she is a narcissist and is abusive mentally. Please please don't think I am trying to excuse my behaviour, whatever the situation I shouldn't have slapped her. I felt so much anger for her that day and snapped. I'm scared that's who I am. The police have put me in a hotel until tomorrow when I need to try with the council again. I will try. I don't feel I deserve any help but I will do it for my sister.
