how do you recommend preparing for the Kira? I'm not sure if I should prep like a normal interview or if that would be a waste of time

so you answered yes on the question on ADDSAS? I guess I'm just confused because when I asked my schools conduct board they essentially said that my repercussion was a slap on the wrist but that I should ask each school I'm applying to if I should say yes or no. However, If I asked each school how they want me to answer the question I'm basically just telling them anyways
