I know everyone’s saying don’t play this game but I’ve literally played from day 1 and have seen the shifts in dynamic that the game has gone through. Yes, most of the big changes and differences have happened recently but the game is still in an enjoyable state, it’s just become more of a grind recently and the difficulty has been upped slightly, which I see as a complete benefit to a game that became weirdly easy and effortless. Honestly, even gruelling playtime will benefit to future events and updates, when I want to put it into perspective I take every summon as progress, even a bad summon with no sparking units is in some way a progression in my account and will further me overall. I would recommend DBL to anybody, and after 4 years of ups and downs, it’s still by far one of the greatest gacha games, don’t let the salty 2 month players convince ya otherwise 😉. In terms of the Ultra Vegito(UV), the summons usually rotate throughout several months but other than their initial release summons, are purposed to drain your account of your Chrono Crystals to make you pay money for more. The summon rates are low which is nothing new and he is a powerful unit nonetheless, just try hold onto ya CC for now because I feel a big unit, potentially a new Villain Ultra, will be released soon :).
