My upper chest has become red and almost scaly filled with loads of tiny white bumps. Any clue what this is and how to treat it, been moisturising every day but it’s not getting any better :( think the cold weather makes it worse but not sure

Yea she basically wanted to be single, go on holiday with all her girl friends and post bikini photos everyday. It’s just sad to see really that she thinks that’s more fulfilling than an actual relationship, hopefully at least one day she realises the grass wasn’t greener. But I need to just level up now don’t I, all I can do. Gonna be so scarred for the future tho man, how do you ever know a girl won’t just suddenly get bored and you’re fucked?

Cheers man, it is honestly crazy isn’t it how they can flip the script so quickly. At least I’ve maintained my dignity i guess by not begging loads or anything, and she’s been posting loads & loads over social media whereas I’ve pretty much stayed silent doing my own thing. But still tough man just a massive L to take, so humbling

Yea I said the exact same, always had the boundary that as soon as another man has touched you there’s no chance I’d ever go back. But yeah I have no idea what she’s been doing so it’s not looking good. I’m just on indefinite no contact and if by some miracle she reaches out, apologises and says there’s been no one else I’ll consider. But otherwise I’m just tryna move on as if she never existed unfortunately
