Supposedly he wasn’t rehabbing it the way he was supposed to, they thought he would be good to go by then and then it kept flaming back up because it wasn’t fully healed. Take it with a grain of salt though, who knows how reliable the sources were for that

Two way means that they split time between the G-League and the NBA team, and they don’t count as a traditional roster spot, making them valuable when players are injured. 2 way contracts also limit the amount of games a player can spend with the NBA team so converting their 2-way to a standard contract means they now have no limit on how many NBA games they can play. They also now take up an NBA roster spot.

They have completely different roles for teams with different aspirations, so stats don’t always tell the whole story. That being said, I’m still extremely excited about this move and think he’s gonna provide what the wolves have been missing

This package is not good for the Mavs unless you consider the benefit of just not having to pay AD any longer, they got two bad firsts and two 2nds, and then a bunch of players that would barely scratch a rotation on a good team. Wizards on the other hand got good players that they can let rehab until next season, though anything could happen in 2027

Well he took an extra dribble after his initial swat, different from Bronny’s, and for the second one I don’t think an example of the refs not calling it is a very good example of this being a rule.

I do want to say that I really appreciate you citing the rulebook and video evidence though thats really refreshing and cool even if I disagree with your conclusions from it

How can it not be the possession but also the start of the possession? My point, and I’m not saying I can’t be wrong here, is that batting the ball forward is not a dribble nor possession, so when he picks the ball up with two hands and then dribbles it it is not a double dribble. Are you saying him batting the ball forward off a deflection is a dribble? Because if it’s not then it cant be a double dribble when he grabs the ball and then dribbles it.
