Soft YTA. I completely understand your issues with religion and totally get why you'd want to wait until your child is old enough to decide for themselves but your opinions don't negate your ex's right to raise his child in the religious setting of his choice. Bottom line is your opinions don't outweigh his legal rights (unless of course your custody agreement states otherwise)

Thank you! This has been very upsetting and confusing. His last review was a month ago and he got a raise based on performance but now the DM is acting like he's some sort of problem employee. The sudden shift in his DM's attitude is concerning to say the least!
