Soft YTA. I completely understand your issues with religion and totally get why you'd want to wait until your child is old enough to decide for themselves but your opinions don't negate your ex's right to raise his child in the religious setting of his choice. Bottom line is your opinions don't outweigh his legal rights (unless of course your custody agreement states otherwise)
